Rock And Blues Meet

Murray The Wheel has been rockin' the local scene for over 30 years. Though the band has had and still has different line ups at any given moment, mainstay guitarist/vocalist Tim "Murray" Keenan is attributed to the longevity of MTW. "Murray" is completely content to perform every night and while that's slightly impossible in Connecticut, he makes sure you can see Murray The Wheel as a band or solo artist at least 4 nights a week, 52 weeks a year. Performing original tunes from any of their 4 discs or classics from Hendrix, SRV, ZZ Top, Robin Trower, CCR, Clapton, Buddy Holly, Elvis & beyond. While the focus of their shows is without a doubt the music, "Murray" takes on the personal task of making sure everyone in attendance is having a good time. Come see for yourself why Murray The Wheel has been in business for as long as they have. As a side note: Although MTW play multiple gigs every week, ONLY the gigs with Big Jim performing are listed in the "show dates" section of www.justajim.com. And check out www.murraythewheel.com for all MTW dates.
